Volleyball Agility and Game Application 6-8 pm:
This session will focus on strength and agility exercises and the movement needed to improve your game! You will learn how to train on your own, how to elevate your skills off the court, and the importance of agility training in our sport. In the second hour, you’ll see how these moves directly apply to skills and playing the game in live drills and competitive play! The clinic will benefit players of ALL ages, players will be grouped by skill level. This clinic is run by Lead Trainer Emi Holsclaw.
